Matt is the Managing Director of a development consultancy with more than twenty-five years of experience across the full spectrum of UK and Continental European real estate, from strategic land acquisition through to delivery and disposal. A Chartered Builder (MCIOB) with an MBA in Real Estate and Construction and a Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Business Leadership, Matt has held senior positions within a range of developers and real estate promoters including major PLC housebuilders, medium-sized enterprises and specialist private firms.

During his career he has led the identification, negotiation and delivery of complex residential, mixed-use and large urban regeneration schemes. His expertise lies in securing enhanced value through planning gain, drawing on a detailed understanding of land economics, planning policy and financial structuring to unlock opportunity. His work has included site acquisition, planning promotion, financial structuring and construction oversight for private investors, funds and family offices.

Matt is known for his disciplined and commercially focused approach and for aligning planning potential with investor objectives. His consultancy combines market knowledge with reliable execution, providing clients and partners with confidence throughout every stage of the development process.
